Ok – Summer is just around the corner!! The kids have begun counting down the days until school is out, we are finally getting some warm temps here in the Midwest…and swimsuit season (ahhh!!!) is just around the corner!!! Eeeeek!!!

A great program that I absolutely LOVE, is 21-Day Fix In just 21 short days, most people lose 15 lbs. Some more, some less — it is easy, doable, & fun! 30-min workouts, & easy to follow nutrition plan that TEACHES you how to eat clean – you are even allowed chocolate & WINE on this program!!! The best part is you do a diff. workout everyday, so you don’t get bored!! That was the problem I had with a lot of fitness programs in the past….I got BORED!!! The 21-Day Fix has 7 diff, 30-min. workouts, plus a 10-min abs workout that you can add onto any day you choose!! You do the 7 workouts for the week, then start over!
